Socio Cultural Radicalisation Intervention through a Programme of Training

The consortia will create a solution for Governments which address radicalization & integration of Immigrants & citizens based on psychological assessment & soft skill training. A blind psycho-statistical test measures individual attitudes to behavioral norms & rules within Italy & UK. We measure ‘real attitudes’ of individuals to challenges they face & the soft skills needed for integration. We measure their subconscious adherence (or otherwise) to those societal rules. We Test-Train-Retest. The main result of the project is that we will produce a new service - SCRIPT - which gives UK & Italian Governments a new world first tool with which to measure individual behavioral adherence to national culturalnorms, & the ability to address those attitudes through training in a soft skills programme. We compare individuals’ attitudes using statistical algorithms in order to measure their ‘real’ attitude {MEASURING THEIR REAL ATTITUDE - THIS IS OUR USP} to cultural norms within society. From this blind test an individual report will be provided. This will highlight areas where further training is needed, & emphasize where there are attitudes that need to be addressed. This is our Test-Train-ReTest approach to speed up and improve integration.

Project results evaluation
Diagnostics for social inclusion has been developed. The final version of this tool has been used in collaboration with staff training for example with migrants. The deployment took place in Italy and partners in UK universities showed interest.
