Cílem projektu je obsazení postdoktorandských pozic ve výzkumných týmech na všech fakultách Masarykovy univerzity a na Středoevropském technologickém institutu. Tyto pozice přispějí k posílení vědeckého výkonu a mezinárodní spolupráce na MU. Výsledkem projektu bude 30 pracovních míst postdoků, kteří přispějí k tvorbě kvalitních výzkumných výsledků pod vedením zkušených mentorů. Širším dopadem projektu bude posílení excelence výzkumu v Brně a Jihomoravském kraji.

"A total of 30 mobilities were implemented within the project. The individual workplaces have established cooperation with, for example, the University of De La Salle in the Philippines, the University of Groningen, the University of Wrocław, the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, the University of Bayreuth-Germany, the University of Copenhagen, Warsaw University of Technology, Hubei University of Economics and the University of London. Aberystwyth University, etc. There has also been a strengthening of cooperation with recognized experts in Antarctic research, sharing expertise before the expedition to Antarctica. Most of the new cooperation helped mainly in the preparation of international projects, projects for the H2020 program and Horizon Europe. The publishing activity of the postdocs increased the publishing performance of individual faculties. Of the almost 100 publications, 30% are in Q1 top quartile magazines, which is an outstanding success."
