Boundary value problems with jumping nonlinearities: Fučík spectrum of continuous and discrete operators

Project goals

The primary aim is to obtain new results for nonlinear operator equations which correspond to boundary value problems for differential and difference operators. The secondary aim is development of international cooperation and qualitative increase of scientific work at University of West Bohemia.

    Till the end of 2012, the research team achieved all three parts of the project objectives. The obtained results are published on the Internet, in international journals, or submitted for publication. In 2012, the research team organized an internationalworkshop SDE|2012 devoted to the Fucik spectrum problems. Proceedings of SDE|2010, SDE|2012 are in press.
