Cílem navrhovaného projektu je pomocí nástroje řízení bezpečnosti zavést do oblasti péče o krajinu a lidská sídla konkrétní postupy, které budou zohledňovat udržitelný rozvoj. Bude vytvořen teoretický podkladu pro pomocný (podpůrný) systém rozhodování (DSS) ve prospěch udržitelného rozvoje a formalizovaná metodika pro podmínky ČR při využití axiomatické teorie užitku, multikriteriální rozhodovací analýzy a principu předběžné opatrnosti. Bude zpracován návrh příručky, skript a příručky pro vzdělávání.
