Criminalization of the International Law of Human Rights
Project goals
The project aims at supporting cooperation between the collaborators (researchers) of The Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law (Research Centre for Human Rights) and those of Université de Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Centre de recherche sur les droits de l´homme et le droit humanitaire, CRDH). The subject of the project focuses on the "criminalization" (i.e. criminal law related aspects) o the International Law of Human Rights, being a relatively new and only partially covered topic. The main output of the research should be a collective monograph (edited book) published by a respected foreign publishing house.

Tématem je zkoumání posilujících trestněprávních aspektů v mezinárodní ochraně lidských práv, což je poměrně nové a málo zpracované téma. Hlavním výstupem by měla být kolektivní vědecká monografie vydaná v renomovaném zahraničním nakladatelství.

This project was being realized in the framework of the MOBILITY Activity that aims primarily on establishing and strenghtening ties with foreign research institutions.
