E!12832 WAVEALIGN - Wavefront-Based Alignment of Multi-Element Optical Systems
Annotation in Czech
In this project, an automated alignment station for the active alignment of complex optical systems will be developed. The alignment method bases on wavefront measurements. By combination of wavefront sensors, simulation of the optical system behaviour and modelling of all optomechanical dependencies, a cyber-physical model arises, allowing an adaptive alignment of highest precision and efficiency. The automated alignment station will be validated in a real-world application scenario. Meopta - optika, s. r. o "The main objective of the project is to develop and verify the technology for adjusting automation in the production of optical systems, including the algorithm of the adjustment process to accelerate and streamline the measurement process, and to eliminate the impact of human factor on possible manufacturing errors."
