    Centre for addictology in Psychiatric clinic in General teaching hospital in Prague and 1st Medical Faculty Charles University, is a member of working group European Network on Drug Culture Research. On behalf of this working group the plan for the research project emerged, that corresponds with the intent of the EEA grant projects ? life condition of children. Our main concern is to deal with the topic which is in longterm overlooked in Czech republic ? the research of using drugs by the children and adolescent from ethnic minorities living in our country and the social and medical consequences this fact provide. We would like to put the emphasis of the project on prevention and early intervention. The main goal of this project is to gain experienceswith preventive actions, research, early diagnostic and intervention used by our colleagues in Norway, University of Stravanger with the children from ethnic minorities and from socially excluded areas.
