Případová studie molekulární interakce hostitele a patogenu u Borrelia afzelii

Hlavním cílem je načrtnout strukturní změny proteinu DbpA a DbpB z Borrelia afzelii po vazbě dermatan sulfátu. K tomuto účelu bude využita kombinace experimentálních metod. Implementace HDX MS doplní data získaná z NMR titrací a měli bychom být tak schopni mapovat interakci s ligandem na úrovni aminokyselin. Rozšíření studia na mutanty proteinů DbpA a DbpB umožní rozšíření pozorovaných závěrů našeho modelu na další sekvenčně homologní proteiny jiných evropských borelií.
