Project results evaluation
The project contributed to the modernization and support of research activities of the national infrastructure for biological and medical imaging Czech-BioImaging. There were also supported research activities of the scientific teams of the Czech-BioImaging partners, for which biological and / or medical imaging is a key tool for achieving their goals. Furthermore, the existing instrumentation of the infrastructure was modernized and our own research projects were supported, new imaging methods were implemented, new methods and algorithms for image data analysis were created, quality scientific outputs were obtained and the competitiveness of Czech research teams in biomedicine was increased.
