Rozvinutí systému a hlubší profesionalizace systému transferu znalostí v obsluhovaných institucích, v souladu s platnou legislativou, interními pravidly, aby docházelo k profesionálnímu transferu maximálního možného množství pro praktický život přímo aplikovatelných vědeckých poznatků. Dílčí cíle jsou: 1) Zvyšování kvality procesů a služeb CTBT pro cílové skupiny projektu, prostřednictvím: a. budování profesionálních kompetencí týmu CTBT, včetně technologických skautů a b. systematických opatření a podpůrných systémů k optimalizované a rychlé práci s cílovými skupinami zapojenými do transferu znalostí. 2) Zvyšování kvality spolupráce s nadějnými akademiky a výzkumníky prostřednictvím: a. budování lepšího porozumění funkci a cestám transferu znalostí, jakožto komplementární složky k tradičnímu světu publikací výsledků v literatuře a na konferencích, b. poskytování průběžné specializované podpory pro řešené a připravované vědecké projekty a c. směřování části VaV aktivit k aplikačnímu výzkumu, vývoji a komercializaci či jinému transferu znalostí s významným socioekonomickým impaktem, obojí prostřednictvím předávání aktuálních informací z praxe - poptávky, nabídky, vývoje legislativního a technického prostředí. 3) Zvyšování kvality spolupráce s průmyslovými partnery prostřednictvím: a. aktivního vyhledávání a kontaktování příslušných zajímavých firem pro spolupráci, oslovování firem s existujícími výsledky výzkumu, jakožto prostředky pro "otvírání dveří" k dalším diskusím a směrům spolupráce, b. osobních schůzek s exekutivními strategickými a vývojovými složkami podniků na téma jejich potřeb, naší nabídky a strategických výhledů obou institucí pro spolupráci.

Project results evaluation
The aim of the project was to develop a previously set system of transfer knowledge from a basic research to a clinical practice or commercial environment. The team of the Centre for Transfer of Biomedical Technologies, developed their expertise and disseminated awareness in the field of technology transfer according to the requirements of their institution and workplaces. The implementation of the project helped to improve the quality of the processes and services for academics or researchers by building the professional competencies of the whole team and systematic measures and support systems. The quality of cooperation increased, the system of working with application research projects, their results and emerging intellectual property accelerated. The project also helped to increase the awareness of the application sphere about the scientific activities of all institutions involved and on the other hand contributed to easier understanding of its requirements and needs.
