Project results evaluation
The goal of the project was met - to ensure the strengthening of international cooperation and the development of human resources in research. The main sub-objective: to support the professional growth of researchers and the development of the BÚ AV ČR, v.v.i. strengthening human resources development was also met. During the implementation of the project, it was possible to arrive 4 post-docks with the necessary expertise for a 6-month internship at the BÚ AV ČR, v.v.i. At the same time, 6 researchers - juinors were sent for a 6-month internship abroad and a 1 researcher - a senior was sent for a 6-month internship abroad. These workers brought new methodologies, data, partnerships and possibilities of cooperation for the fields: Population ecology, Ecotoxicology, Functional ecology, Flow cytometry, Invasion ecology, Lichenology.
