U21-KLIP je projekt, který se zaměřuje na posílení role lidských zdrojů v rámci mezinárodní spolupráce ve výzkumu a vývoji. Jedná se o aktivity, při kterých na min. 6 měsíců se výzkumní pracovníci naší univerzity zapojí do výzkumu a projektů na zahraničních institucích a naopak zahraniční odborníci budou ve stejném rozsahu zapojeni v našich projektech a výzkumných aktivitách. Cílem je posílit internacionální výzkumné prostředí na naší univerzitě o špičkové zahraniční odborníky a získat zkušenosti ze zahraničních institucí.

Project results evaluation
From the point of view of UJEP, the benefit is the professional development of the involved employees, who remain at the university and use the experience gained within the project for their further research work, publishing activities, preparation of new research projects and teaching students. Within the return phase of each employee, "dissemination" activities were carried out, which served to share experiences and possibly motivate other employees to carry out their own trip, ie to further strengthen internationalization in research at UJEP. The functionality of cooperation with individual host institutions was verified, while the aim is to further use and deepen the new contacts and established cooperation.
