Projekt si klade za cíl zkvalitnit infrastrukturní i výzkumné zázemí pracovníků FLÚ AV ČR a v souladu s evropskými chartami a kodexy vytvořit a implementovat strategii řízení, jež povede k získání ocenění HR Award. Dalším cílem je optimalizovat vybrané klíčové agendy vedoucí k posílení podpory špičkového výzkumu, který je hlavním posláním FLÚ: strategické nastavení a rozvoj HR, mezinárodní spolupráce a internacionalizace, otevřeného přístupu k vědeckým informacím a popularizace výzkumu.

Project results evaluation
A major success of the project was not only winning the HR Award and the subsequent implementation of the measures in the Action Plan, supporting the alignment of care for researchers with European standards, strengthening the openness and transparency of selection procedures and the overall improvement of the quality of the working environment, but especially the development of some targeted support activities of research work: human resources (including the development of professional skills and the so-called "human resources"). This includes the development of human resources and soft skills of male and female employees, the promotion of gender equality and the creation of its own code of ethics), internationalisation, open access to scientific information and the popularisation of research and development.
