    Klíčovým cílem projektu je dosáhnout takové kvality personálního řízení, která umožní prezentovat CDV jako vyspělou moderní instituci, nejen po stránce výzkumné, ale i po stránce personální ve vztahu jak k novým, tak zejména k současným zaměstnancům. Druhým cílem je rozvoj znalostí a kompetencí v oblasti transferu technologií a popularizace vědy.

    Thanks to the implementation of the project, CRV received the HR Award and became a top workplace in terms of setting up HR processes, gender equality, recruitment strategy and training. Furthermore, the development of knowledge and competences in the field of technology transfer and popularisation of science has been ensured, mainly thanks to a perfectly managed commercialisation process, establishing strategic partnerships with the application sphere and major foreign institutions, retrofitting the institution's visitor centre, and creating and piloting popular education programmes. A total of 41 people were supported through a wide range of educational activities. In addition, for example, a Gender Equality Plan was developed, and a mentoring programme was introduced. Cooperation with domestic and international partners was established. Popularisation events for primary and secondary school pupils and university students were implemented and well received.
