Project results evaluation
"The project contributed to the development, leadership and management of the research organisation's human resources. In the area of recruitment of scientific staff, the OTM-R methodology was piloted and implemented, which is key to obtaining and maintaining the HR AWARD. Strengthening administrative support in complying with open selection requirements has led to a reduction in the burden on scientific staff. Areas for further improvements and adjustments to processes and rules to better meet the needs of the Institute and its staff were also identified. Based on the EC comments on the HRS4R Action Plan, a complete methodology for knowledge and technology transfer was developed. The project also provided training to improve staff knowledge in digital skills and HRM and funded several international internships and missions."
