    Quantum Protocols in Noisy Environment

  • Annotation in Czech

This project aims to design, analyze, and improve quantum protocols that can tolerate or even harness noise in quantum systems. By analyzing continuous variable quantum sources and their evolution under noisy dynamics, we will propose enhanced quantum algorithms, such as boson sampling and variational quantum simulation for parameter estimation for noisy quantum computing platforms. We will also explore how random unitary interactions partly destroy and redistribute information in quantum networks. Based on this, we will develop protocols for symmetric and asymmetric information redistribution to enable quantum consensus or targeted information delivery within the network. These protocols will be optimized for the IBM quantum computing platform using native gate sequences for faster convergence. Additionally, we will study higher-dimensional entanglement purification protocols, focusing on their efficiency and analyzing their Julia sets, fractal structures, and behavior under noise. The insights gained will improve the efficiency of our quantum protocols.
