All specific aims were reached within the 5 years of the project. The obtained results are essential for understanding the function of the nervous system and contribute to the development of new therapeutic agents. The output of the project is 12 publications with Impact Factor. However, in 4 publications wrong project number was cited. Use of funds was in accordance with the rules of GACR.
