Reprodukce hospodářsky významných druhů lesních stromů (Pinus sylvestris L., Quercus robur L., Tilia cordata Mill.) metodami in vitro

Annotation in Czech

Vlivem škodlivého působení imisí dochází v současné době k odumírání lesů na velkých rozlohách. Cílem projektu je vypracování postupů a metod, které umožní in vitro množení vybraných druhů lesních stromů pomocí orgánových kultur resp. somatickou embryogenezí. Bude pracováno s našimi hospodářsky významnými druhy lesních stromů, s borovicí lesní, dubem letním a lípou malolistou. Vypracování spolehlivých metod pro množení lesních stromů pomocí in vitro kultur přispěje k záchraně genových zdrojů vymírajícípopulací dřevin a umožní zkrátit dlouhodobost šlechtitelských procesů u lesních stromů. Vypracování vhodných metod reprodukce je základním předpokladem pro aplikace technik molekulární genetiky při vytváření transgenních stromů.
