Manipulation and Detection of magnetic state of Molecular Magnets at Two-dimensional van der Waals interface

  • Annotation in Czech

Single-Molecule Magnets (SMMs) have gained attention due to their unique magnetic properties, such as bistable spin states and long-lived magnetic memories. Integrating SMMs with 2D materials like graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs), and topological insulators (TIs) offers a promising platform for exploring new quantum phenomena and developing spintronic devices. These 2D materials enhance the manipulation and detection of SMMs' magnetic states, advancing molecular spintronics and quantum technologies. This work investigates the interaction between molecular magnets and 2D materials using magneto-transport and High-Frequency Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (HFEPR) measurements. The goal is to understand how the 2D material environment affects the stability, coherence, and control of SMMs' magnetic states. The findings could lead to innovations in quantum computing, sensors, and spin-based memory devices, and provide insights into coupling mechanisms for advanced nanomaterials.
