    Exprese heterologních membránových přenášečů v kvasinkách

    Bude sledována exprese, aktivita a degradace heterologních přenášečů bazických aminokyselin v kvasince Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Geny příslušných přenášečů (permeáz) (z Candida albicans a Schirosaccharomyces pombe) budou do S. cerevisiae klonovány funkční komplementací a pak bude sledována posttranslační cesta jejich produktů do membrány (využití sec-mutantů), transportní aktivita těchto heterologních systémů, jakož i jejich regulace a degradace. Vše se bude provádět paralelně ve srovnání s vlastními, rovněž však klonovanými transportními systémy kvasinky S. cerevisiae, a to jak konstitutivními (přenášeč pro lysin) tak regulovatelnými (přenášeč pro galaktosu).
