Enzymová příprava multivalentních glykokonjugátů přírodních a biologicky aktivních látek
Annotation in Czech
Cílem projektu je vypracování metodiky selektivní enzymové glykosylace multivalentních glykomimetik (na bázi glykosidů vázaných thimočovinovou vazbou) a dále vypracování metodiky enzymové glykosylace polyfenolických látek. Pro přípravu glykomimetik budouvyužity mutantní glykosyltransferasy (ve spolupráci s partnery projektu COST) a pro glykosylaci polyfenolických látek budou připraveny nové enzymy - glykosidasy a diglykosidasy, které budou využity pro uvedené reakce. Budou připravena nová glykomimetikapomocí glykosyltransferas a dále glykosidy polyfenolických látek pomocí nových glykosidas. Nově připravené látky budou strukturně charakterizovány a ve spolupráci s partnery projektu COST budou testovány jejich biochemické vlastnosti.

Project results evaluation
New methods of selective enzymatic glycosylation of multivalent glycomimetics and methodics of enzymatic glycosylation of the phenolic compounds were elaborated. New glycomimetics were prepared with glycosyltransferases. New glycosides of polyphenolic compounds prepared using new glycosidases were characterized and the compounds were tested for their biochemical properties.
