Council of Europe Vantage level, specification of learning objectives for the Czech language

Project goals

Vantage is the third level in a series of specifications of learning objectives developed within the Council of Europe´s programme for the promotionof language learning in Europe. The series is directed toward those who speak itfor everyday life and forexchanging information and opinions on private life and public affairs. Among other it goes beyond Threshold level ona considerable enlargement of concrete vocabulary, increased ability to understand and produce longer and more complex utterances.
