    Cílem projektu je tvorba rekombinačního plasmidu ihpRNA obsahující kapsidový protein TRSV (Virus kroužkovitosti tabáku) a následně pomocí RNAi technologie umlčovat geny rajčete a vygenerovat celé transgenní rostliny rajčete z in vitro kultur do ex vitro, kde proběhne molekulární a fenotypizační screening primárních transformantů (generace T0). Dalším cílem bude studium segregace T1 generace a dosažení selekce homozygotní linie rajčat odolných proti TRSV.

    Three hairpin contracts were prepared using target genes RNA1 and RNA2 of genome Tobacco ringspot virus (TRSV) to develop transgenic plants based on RNAi technology. T0 and T1 lines of transgenic plants were developed using contracts RNA 1 and RNA 2 of TRSV applied in cloning system GoldeBriad through Agrobacterium tumefacians.
