In the research project, a series of triarylamminium radical cations was prepared to study PeT process, cyclization and hydrogen abstraction processes. Wavelenght-dependent photochemical reactivity was investigated for other systems with non-Kasha behavior, such as perylene diimide radical anions, azulene, fulgide switches and pterines, BODIPY-based dyads and solvated electrons.
