On the base of Czech-US scientific cooperation program we showed the key role of CDC25A in oocytes meiosis. We uncovered the function of AURKA during both in vitro and in vivo meiotic maturation and the role of AURKA in spindle formation and MTOC biogenesis. We suggested the important role of different localization of CDK1 regulators during resumption of meiosis. We published 5 scientific papers.
