Project results evaluation
A method of magnetron sputtering deposition of ceria film was developed. The results were published in 3 papers. New methods of preparation of porous WO3 oxide films was described in 2 papers. DFT study of interaction of ceria with Cu(111) was publishedin 2 papers . We also investigated interaction of plasma with carbon supported ceria films (1 paper).
