  • Project name in Czech

Analýza dynamických a statických vlastností QT intervalů

  • Annotation in Czech

Cílem je měření a analýza QT vazby a vyhodnocení nových parametrů této vazby u pacientů s abnormalitami QT. Bude vyhodnoceno, zda nové parametry plně popisují QT fyziologii i u těchto pacientů a budou analyzovány odchylky.

Dynamic model of QT/RR coupling was verified on many ECG. Parameters represent the full set of static and dynamic QT properties. These parameters are genetic (sex, LQT genotype) and excitation specific. Their coupling explains the higher prevalence to arrhythmias in LQT subjects, not looking to value of QTc. Up to now, such explanation does not exists. Possible contribution: drugs tests, diagnosis
