We modeled surfaces of quartz and rutile in charged variants corresponding to different values of pH. A model of thylakoid membrane including variant containing protein of photosystem II has been devised. Interactions of these surfaces with water, ions, small organic substances as well as model fulvic and humic acids were studied. The development of radiopharmaceuticals for PET was pursued.
