Annotation in Czech
Přístroj bude sloužit k detekci a analýze radiových vln, které jsou buzené elektrickými výboji v zemské atmosféře. Kromě radiové emise doprovázející běžné bleskové výboje v troposféře bude speciální pozornost věnována výbojům mezi troposférou a ionosférou, tzv. spritům a jetům, dále pak rentgenovským a gama zábleskům. Přístroj bude součástí komplexního měření na francouzské družici TARANIS

We fixed, together with the French colleagues, the operation modes and basic characteristics of the analyzer so that they satisfied both the scientific requirements and technical possibilities. We developed the first prototype which is currently tested.
