Spektroskopie ztrát energie elektronů při analýze povrchů
Annotation in Czech
Měření spekter ztrát energie elektronů uspořádaných a neuspořádaných povrchů vybraných pevných látek v oboru nízkých a středních energií elektronů a pro různé geometrie experimentu. Pokročilé výpočty elektronových spekter povedou k určení optických vlastností povrchových oblastí zkoumaných materiálů a k získání cenných strukturních informací o analyzovaných uspořádaných površích. Takto získané strukturní informace budou konfrontovány s výsledky klasické analýzy intensit difraktujících elektronů o nízkéenergii (metoda LEED).

Project results evaluation
REELS spectra recorded from ordered and a unordered aluminium surfaces were mutually compared. In addition to it, calculated Al 2s intensites and those elastically reflected from Al(111) agree well. The results were submitted for publication.
