Support of scientific reasoning development of students and teachers in physics classes through active learning, multilayered interactive experiments and structured solution of problems
Project goals
To develop educational materials of two new types developed at both participating institutions (Multilayered Interactive Experiments, Structured Solutions of Physics Problems) suitable for creating active learning environment for teaching physics. To test and verify these materials in pre- and in-service teacher training; to use these materials in physics education research aimed at finding how and in which ways such materials can support the development of scientific reasoning of both students and teachers including students? ability to construct explanatory and predictive models.

Annotation in Czech
Vytvářet vzdělávacímateriály dvou nových typů vyvinutých řešitelskými pracovišti ("mnohovrstvé interaktivní experimenty" a "strukturovaná řešení fyzikálních problémů") vhodné pro vytvoření aktivního učebního prostředí pro výuku fyziky. Testovat a ověřovat tyto materiály v přípravě budoucích učitelů a dalším vzdělávání učitelů; využít je ve výzkumu zaměřeném na zjištění, jak a jakými způsoby mohou tyto materiály podporovat rozvoj vědeckého myšlení žáků i učitelů včetně schopnosti studentů konstruovat vysvětlující a prediktivní modely fyzikálních dějů.

This project is being realized in the framework of the MOBILITY Activity that aims primarily on establishing and strenghtening ties with foreign research institutions.
