Project results evaluation
Optimization of biosensors containing cholinesterase and halogenalkandehalogenase was done during the project solving. Selected immobilization procedures were examined and analytical parameters (limit of detection, durability, interferences) for both nerve agents and mustards. Experimental results were published in 12 papers in journals with IF.
