    Předmětem řešení projektu "EPVOKTL-159 – Metody a nástroje tvorby bojové sestavy pozemního PVO v simulátoru KTL-159 pro taktický výcvik pilotů L-159" je vývoj softwarového prototypu systému pro simulaci pozemní PVO pro systém KTL-159 včetně odpovídajícího uživatelské dokumentace a jeho integrace do simulátorů TL-159 a LS-159. Přínosem bude zkvalitnění a zefektivnění výcviku pilotů L-159 při nácviku simulačních úloh v operačních oblastech s působením pozemní PVO.

    "The aim of the project was to develop a software prototype of ground-based air defense simulation for the KTL-159 simulation system. This goal was achieved. The developed prototype includes software modules for a comprehensive configuration of air defense deployment, in both manual and automated form, including the ability to display the areas of engagement zones on a 2D map and in a 3D view. Furthermore, a module that ensures automatic reaction of the air defense system when acting against the pilot's aircraft, with the possibility of manual input or fully manual control by the instructor. The primary area of ​​use of the result is the training of L-159 aircraft pilots, especially the phases that are focused on practicing operations against (or in conjunction with) ground-based air defense. The project output increased the utility capabilities of the KTL-159 system and expanded the spectrum of tasks that can be practiced on it."
