Založení kryobanky pro konzervaci vegetativních vrcholů bramboru a chmele.
Annotation in Czech
Cílem projektu je založení kryobanky vegetativně množených plodin - bramboru (Solanum tuberosum L.) a chmele (Humulus lupulus L.). Pro kryoprezervaci budou použity vzrostné vrcholy izolované z rostlin pěstovaných v podmínkách in vitro. U bramboru bude využita již ověřená metoda tzv. ultrarychlého mrznutí. U chmele bude obdobná metoda kryoprezervace optimalizována v rámci řešení projektu. Bude vytvořen a odzkoušen systém evidence, zabezpečení a identifikace uložených vzorků. V rámci projektu bude uskladněno nejméně 50 odrůd od každé plodiny, přednostně budou uchovávány originální odrůdy českého šlechtění. Kryobanka bude napojena na systém EVIGEZ a mezinárodní síť organizací zabývajících se uchováváním genetických zdrojů.
