Hlavním cílem projektu je zpracováThe main objective ní podkladů pro legislativu, ve formě konkrétních a dosud chybějících nástrojů, jejichž prostřednictvím budou zemědělci motivování k většímu uplatnění kompostů na zemědělskou půdu. Legislativní opatření zvýší důvěru v kvalitu kompostů a zejména vermikompostu vyráběného nejen ze zbytkové zemědělské biomasy, ale také z biologicky rozložitelného komunálního odpadu.

Project results evaluation
In project investigation all the planned results were achieved. In one case, a change in the result occurred, the Hneleg type result was replaced by the Ztech type result, the change was approved. In total, during the project investigation period numerous results above the original plan were achieved, which consist especially in articles in an impacted journal and in a peer-reviewed journal, a specialised publication, holding a conference, workshop, an article in the proceedings and other results in the category others . Amendment to Decree No 474/2000 Coll., on laying down the requirements on fertilisers which facilitate the use of vermicomposts also from other raw materials than farm yard manure was proposed. Considered positive can also be the map of composting plants and elaboration of the annex to the Norm ČSN 46 5736 "Vermicomposts".
