Cílem projektu je analyzovat, ověřit účinnost stávajících opatření (postupů, techniky a technologií) a navrhnout nová opatření a technická řešení pro předcházení a minimalizaci škod působených zvěří a na zvěři na základě účinnosti, funkčnosti, bezpečnosti a ekonomické efektivnosti. Dalším cílem je poskytnout metodickou podporu a podklady pro uplatňování stávajících a přípravu nových legislativních požadavků a poskytnout informace o správných postupech a praxi zemědělské a myslivecké veřejnosti včetně příslušných pracovníků státní správy a samosprávy.

Project results evaluation
The project focused on the widely discussed topic of damage caused by game and damage caused to game. For both the issues the project has generated solutions that are applicable in practice and can reduce the quantity of damage in both the areas. A major advantage of this project is not only the theoretical examination of the issue, but also the practical outcomes in the form of one patent and two utility models. The project led to an advancement in tracking the game at risk by modern technologies. This tracking has proven to be much more efficient than the so far used procedures. A milestone in game protection, but also in agricultural production is the development of special forage mixtures attractive to game which lures the game away from the areas under crops. It is up to the investigators to consider whether the same or a similar system could be applied also to prevent game-vehicle collisions.
