Cíle řešení projektu jsou plně v souladu s cíli podprogramu I a je možno je vymezit následovně: - plošný monitoring helmintóz v chovech masného skotu v ČR - analýza výskytu anthelmintické rezistence v chovech metodikou FECRT - omezení rizika anthelmintické rezistence cestou šíření poznatků a poradenstvím prostřednictvím webového portálu pro chovatele skotu v oblasti anthemintické rezistence a zapojení chovatelů do prováděných sledování (citizen participatory science) - vytvoření, certifikace a plošná aplikace metodiky pro sledování diverzity strongylů a jejich rezistentních haplotypů - založení genobanky helmintů skotu - uspořádání workshopů s cílem okamžitého přenosu poznatků do praxe

Project results evaluation
After documenting the fulfilment of the result V008, it will be a standard solution of the research project according to the assignment. This is a very beneficial research project for beef cattle breeding in the Czech Republic, which is predominantly carried out in a pastoral way, and sets the prerequisites for the introduction of methods to reduce parasitic pressure in pasture-raised cattle. This means setting up methods with far-reaching benefits for the economy of beef cattle breeding in the Czech Republic, which yield deeply negative returns unless subsidies are provided and used, which is also the reason for the low rate of implementation of fattening cattle in the Czech Republic, which is not subsidized.
