Příprava a využití DNA markerů u obilovin

Cílem úkolu je připravit markery, které doplní mapu 2D chromozomu pšenice a budou specifikovat vybrané alely. Sondy budou charakterizovány a bude zjištěna jejich poloha vzhledem ke známým značkám. Pro přípravu specifických sond bude použita DNA izolovaných 2D chromozomů, modifikace jejich přípravy je součástí úkolu. Bude ověřena možnost analýzy žádaných lokusů metodami PCR a RADP. Výsledky a sondy budou předány šlechtitelské praxi. XXX XXX
