Využití embryogenních systémů a selekce in vitro pro tvorbu nových genotypů u obilnin

Annotation in Czech

Projekt je zaměřen na studium základních faktorů ovlivňujících indukci androgeneze in vitro v prašníkových a mikrosporových kulturách obilnin, především pšenice. Pozornost je věnována především testování českých šlechtitelských materiálů. U těchto materiálů bude studována dědičnost responsivity vůči nutričním a různým fyzikálním faktorům, problematika regenerace a diploidizace. cílem bude i získat genotypy pšenice s komplexní rezistencí vůči houbovým chorobám. Budou odvozeny buněčné suspenzní kultury pšenice z embryogenních mikrosporových kultur. Selekční postup in vitro bude použit především pro získání genetických zdrojů pšenice necitlivých na kyselinu abscisovou. XXX
