Annotation in Czech
Cílem projektu je: zefektivnit provádění kontroly nakládání s geneticky modifikovanými organismy podle zákona č. 78/2004 Sb., což přispěje k plnění povinností orgánů státní správy vyplývajících z legislativy EU. Projekt je zaměřen na zjišťování přítomnosti geneticky modifikovaných rostlin v životním prostředí, zejména metodiku vzorkování in situ (v porostu), zpracování vzorků a vytipování rizikových míst, kde se mohou GM rostliny náhodně vyskytovat.

Project results evaluation
Resort is ready to take the results in the current form because they meet the research needs. It also states that it agrees with the formal adjustment of the result. The investigator hand over to the provider and the resort the outputs from the field monitoring incl. comments on the overview of their implementation in relation to the annexes of the certified methodology sent to the data box by 9 June 2017. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the Provider (ie, results not listed in the enumeration of the Grant Agreement) can not be applied in the VAVAI IS. The deputy of the resort was informed about the submission of the Results Implementation Report during the next three years after the end of the project, which will take place through IS BETA. The Commission proposed an administrative termination of the project by the provider once the above conditions have been met.
