Cílem projektu je výzkum, vývoj a inovace potřeby Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí se zaměřením na pravomoc a působnost Státního úřadu inspekce práce a oblastních inspektorátů práce z hlediska možnosti vést smírčí řízení a mediaci individuálních pracovních sporů. Uchazeč musí v Návrhu řešení jasně specifikovat, jak chce jednotlivých cílů dosáhnout – jakými konkrétními činnostmi (které uvede do harmonogramu činností) a prostřednictvím jakých odborně kvalifikovaných osob (řešitelů) ve výzkumném týmu.

Project results evaluation
The resort is ready to take the results in its current form because it meets the research needs. It also states that it agrees with the formal adjustment of the result (eg result name). On the day of the final opposition proceedings, it can be stated that, based on the available information displayed in IS VAVAI, no results have been reported to the RIV so far. The investigator will then pass the relevant data batch with the results (2 x O) by May 26, 2017. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the provider (results not required during the award procedure) can not be applied in IS VAVAI. Furthermore, the deputy of the result was informed about the submission of the Implementation Report during the next three years after the end of the project, which will be carried out through the IS BETA. The Commission proposes a project for administrative termination by the provider.
