Cíle projektu jsou: - ověřit domněnku neúměrné zátěže subjektů veřejné správy sběrem dat; - zjištění současného stavu sběru informací o veřejné správě a její činnosti, jaké informace jsou sbírány a jak je s nimi nakládáno; - identifikace budoucího cílového stavu, který by měl přinést koordinovaný postup při sběru dat o veřejné správě. Mělo by dojít k definici potřebných údajů, jejich struktury a techniky sběru pro koordinované řízení veřejné správy z pozice centrálních orgánů; - definovat způsob publikace definovaných statistických údajů v podobě otevřených dat a jejich katalogizace v Národním katalogu otevřených dat.

Project results evaluation
The Commission draws attention to the need to pass on the results to the RIV. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the provider (results not included in the list of results in the Grant Agreement) can not be applied in IS VAVAI. The district representative was informed of the submission of the Implementation Report in the next three years after the end of the project, which will take place through IS BETA. The Ministry of the Interior is ready to take over the results of the project. The Commission recommends the administrative closure of the project.
