Nové materiály a technologie pro diagnostiku polyomavirů u imunodeficientních pacientů.

Pomocí nových rekombinantních antigenů, připravených ve formě subvirových částic (VLP), a technologií pro jejich vazbu na pevnou fázi vyvinout diagnostické ELISA soupravy na detekci druhově specifických protilátek proti polyomaviru BK (BKV) a polyomaviruMerkelových buněk (MCV). Připravit rekombinantní antigeny, specifické pro hlavní subtypy BKV (I a IV). Vyvinout multiplexový konfirmační LIA test (immuno-line) na souběžné stanovení protilátek proti BKV, MCV a polyomaviru JC, včetně průkazu subtypově specifických protilátek proti BKV a protilátek proti polyomaviru SV40. Validace nových diagnostických prostředků pomocí panelu charakterizovaných klinických vzorků.
