Využití biologického pesticidu pro ochranu plodin při skladování

Bezpečná ochrana ovoce a zeleniny před biologickými škůdci představuje velmi důležitý problém současného ovocnářství a zelinářství, neboť použití chemických pesticidů je u potravin problematické. Hlavní řešitel (hlavní příjemce, dále HP) projektu firma Biopreparáty spol. s.r.o. vyrábí biologické fungicidní přípravky Polyversum® a Polygandron, které jsou registrovány a prodávány mj. v zemích EU, USA, Číně, Maroku a Střední Americe. Široké užívání těchto přípravků v praxi odhalilo významnou účinnost proti fytopatogenním houbám způsobujícím skládkové choroby. Na ověření průmyslového využití tohoto potenciálu budou na pracovišti spoluřešitele (dalšího uchazeče projektu, dále DUP) VUP Praha prováděny potřebné skladovací pokusy ve dvou režimech (přirozená kolonizace, infekce fytopatogeny).

Project results evaluation
The assignment was not fulfilled, but the Contract was complied with. The project failed for objective reasons, the hypothesis was not confirmed, although the justification in the final report should have been more thorough. Overall, the level of processing of the final report was of very poor quality and with a very low explanatory power.
