Hlavním cílem projektu je navrhnout, vyprojektovat a vyrobit plně funkční vodou chlazený posuvný rošt s vhodným pohazováním paliva. Zvýšíme tak konkurenceschopnost firmy. Přínosy nového roštu jsou 1) nižší celkové náklady na dodávku kotle a kratší doba dodávky, 2) možnost optimalizace roštu pro každou zakázku, 3) nižší emise produkované kotlem, 4) zvýšení účinnosti kotle.

Project results evaluation
The assessed project succeeded according to the assignment. The main output of the project was the production, assembly and commissioning of a water-cooled sliding grate, which will enable the burning of fuel with higher efficiency and lower emissions of pollutants. Based on the performed functional tests and operational tests, it is clear that the developed grate is fully functional and has achieved the required properties. The result "Fprųm - Industrial model" (Water-cooled sliding grate) was achieved, which was successfully registered on 06/22/2022 under the number 009056583-0001. The achieved result of the project (water-cooled sliding grate) will be applied in the construction of new or reconstructed medium-sized boilers and will enable the combustion of fuel with higher efficiency and lower emissions of pollutants. This will have a fundamental effect on increasing the competitiveness of the project's main solver ( První brněnská strojírna, a.s. ) on domestic and foreign markets.
