Knowledge Transfer Platform: Information Literacy for High School Students at Open Mash-up Virtual Learning Environment

Project goals

The aim of the project is 1. developing a mash-up virtual learning environment and research tools; 2. Creating an alternative to an existing university course for high school students in two variants: A. A course that will use secondary school students as part of their learning. The teacher will act as an advisor or guide. The nature of the environment will make it possible to independently link the online collaboration tools of the given schools (e.g. Google Classroom, Microsoft Team, Moodle). To implement the courses in the school curriculum, we will create a methodology for teachers. B. Course for independent students who do not receive education at IG for any reason. 3. Sharing knowledge, both with popularising and scholarly research articles.

    Cílem projektu je: 1. rozvoj univerzitního mash-up virtuálního učebního prostředí a výzkumných nástrojů; 2. vytvoření alternativy stávajícího univerzitního kurzu pro středoškolské studenty ve dvou variantách: A. kurz, který budou využívat středoškolští studenti v rámci vyučování.     The project succeeded according to the assignment. The project achieved the declared goals, the documents needed to evaluate the achievement of results and goals of the entire project were documented. It was well staffed during the solution, although the schedule was changed, but it was a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, when it was not possible to efficiently and systematically obtain inputs and outputs related to cooperation with schools, which also affected research methods, the relevance of the data and the numbers and nature of these results. The researchers published / reported a number of results and outputs, even beyond the originally declared numbers, however, the question is whether a large number, respectively. due to the mentioned pandemic, their quality also did not suffer to a limited extent. It is positive that the ambitions of the research team are in further expansion and systematic development of activities supported by the project.
