Project results evaluation
Lavaris is a supplier of equipment and technology for grinding and conditioning rubber rubbers. If the company can offer not only production facilities but also technology to further exploit the active rust, it will improve its competitiveness. This will create a prerequisite for the commercial success of material recycling rubber from worn tires and relieving the environment in the region. From the LAVARIS active rubber crumb with minimal addition of other materials, compact rubber material of a simple shape with useful properties guarantees its usability in a number of less demanding technical applications such as spring washers and gaskets. Final report with a proposal for the composition of a mixture with rubber recyclate allowing its direct pressing. The process and conditions for the preparation of compact rubber from rubber pulp and determination of their functional properties were also verified.
