Original language description
142 unrelated males from the population sample of the Czech republic were genotyped using the miniSTR pentaplex I and in 8 Y- chromosomal STRs not included in Y-filer kit. A total of 142 haplotypes were obtained of which 127 were unique. The most commonhaplotype were found in 4 samples. We observed the haplotype diversity of 0.998 and the discrimination capacity of 0.894.
