Scientific satellite's payload reliability analysis

The contribution describes the reliability analysis and its results of MAC-03 micro-accelerometer used on board the MIMOSA satellite. The introductory part presents ECSS standards system and lists standards for designing equipment of a scientific satellite to achieve required functionality and reliability parameters. The analytical method used ? reliability prediction ? enables an effective assessment of the component selection from the point of view of reliability of the system made up of the components in question. The software tool used ? RELEX v. 7.7 ? enables effortless recalculation of the results if some components or their reliability parameters have been changed. The results will serve as basis for supplementary analyses or changes in the micro-accelerometer design. The presented work has been done as part of E1 Task ?Research for design and tests of space systems?, one of Aerospace Research Center´s projects.

Příspěvek popisuje postup analýzy a výsledky analýzy bezporuchovosti mikroakcelerometru MAC-03 použitého na družici MIMOSA. V úvodní části je popsán systém standardů ECSS a vyjmenovány standardy, dle nichž je nutno se řídit při návrhu vybavení vědecké družice pro dosažení požadovaných parametrů funkčnosti a bezporuchovosti. Použitá metoda ? predikce bezporuchovosti ? umožňuje efektivní způsob hodnocení výběru součástek z hlediska údajů bezporuchovosti systému z těchto součástek vytvořeného. Použitý softwarový nástroj ? RELEX v. 7.7 ? dovoluje snadné přepočítání výsledků při změně součástek nebo jejich spolehlivostních parametrů.
