The contribution presents selected results of cooperation within the framework of the flood group of the Northern European FRIEND project Unesco (www.vuv.cz/friend). All of them are using the GLUE methodology (Generalised Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation, e.g. Beven, 1993) and various versions of TOPMODEL (for the TOPMODEL theory see e.g. Beven, 2001).
